Characterization of development-specific, cell type-specific mouse testicular antigens using testis-specific polyclonal antibodies.
Antisera were raised by immunizing rabbits with mouse testicular germ cells, and absorbed in vivo by injection into castrated male whole mice to obtain a specific antiserum which reacted with mouse germ cells. The expression of mouse testis-specific antigenic macromolecules was then studied immunochemically with the antiserum. Approximately 20 antigenic macromolecules with molecular weights ran...

in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...

Cell Surface Antigens of a Mouse Testicular Teratoma
Rabbit antisera to a mouse testicular teratoma, absorbed with normal mouse tissues, react by immunofluorescence with plasma membrane antigens of a variety of transplantable mouse tumor cells and transformed fibroblast cell lines including Clone 1D, SV-40-3T3, and 3T12. Trypsin treatment of cells of "normal" lines, 3T3 and FR-SV-3T3, uncovers reactivity on these as well. Early passage mouse embr...
متن کاملMouse spleen dendritic cells present soluble antigens to antigen- specific T cell hybridomas
In the presence of the soluble polypeptide antigens ovalbumin and keyhole limpet hemocyanin, purified mouse spleen dendritic cells induce the secretion of IL-2 by antigen-specific T cell hybridomas. This response is H-2 restricted and can be specifically inhibited by monoclonal anti-I-A. These data indicate that dendritic cells can present soluble antigen to H-2-compatible T cells.
